My journey.

Kiro has always been passionate about the natural environment and the world of engineering. He started his career as a motorsport engineer but quickly realised that his passion for engineering had to be applied to making the industry more efficient, not just faster.

Having then worked for national and multinational organizations, Kiro has gained an in depth understanding of local, national and international sustainability requirements and environmental legislations.

Becoming an ESOS (energy saving opportunity scheme) Lead Assessor and ISO 50001 Energy Management System Lead auditor in 2015. Then progressing his career to lead the environmental department of one of the UK’s best civil engineering firms at Keltbray. Kiro has gained the hands on experience to make companies compliant, more efficient and more sustainable.

This diverse experience across sectors such as heavy engineering, railway, highways, power distribution, demolition, construction and health care providers, has provided Kiro a deep understanding of how these industries operate, their environmental risks, and client expectations.

Driven by his love for the environment, first-hand experience with health impact and a commitment to improving industry efficiencies, KEES (Keenos Energy & Environmental Services) was founded. A family-run consultancy dedicated to helping the industry reduce its environmental impact, enhance health outcomes, and achieve compliance.
